Bureau of Formal Complaints — Unofficial
We won't fix it. We won't even read it that closely. But it will be officially, permanently noted.
A few of the complaints people have actually filed since this opened — the live feed above updates in real time, but here's a permanent snapshot of the kind of thing this bureau exists for:
Complaint Box is a place to file grievances that don't deserve a real complaint form — cold coffee, a nosy printer, betrayal by autocorrect. You won't find a support ticket, a case number that goes anywhere, or anyone on the other end reading closely. What you get instead is a stamped, numbered Certificate of Formal Complaint: official-looking, permanent, and entirely symbolic.
Every complaint is checked by an automated moderation filter before it's published, and the whole thing runs as a one-person side project — no company, no support line, just a small bureau that exists to make being annoyed feel a little more ceremonial. Nothing gets fixed. That's the point.
